Manage your PlexMCP subscription, view usage, and update payment methods.
Subscription Plans
PlexMCP offers three plans to fit your needs:

Current Plan
View your current subscription:
- Navigate to Billing in the sidebar
- See your current plan and status
- View usage for the current period
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade:
- Go to Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your new plan
- Enter payment information
- Click Subscribe
Changes take effect immediately:
- New limits apply right away
- Prorated charge for the remainder of the period
- Next billing date remains the same
Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade:
- Go to Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- Click Confirm
Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period:
- You keep current features until renewal
- No refund for remaining time
- Ensure you're within new plan limits
Before downgrading, verify you meet the new plan's limits:
- MCP count
- Team member count
- API key count
Usage Tracking
Monitor your usage in real-time:
Requests
- Total requests this period
- Daily request breakdown
- Requests remaining
- Projected usage
By MCP
See which MCPs use the most requests:
- Request count per MCP
- Percentage of total
- Trend over time
By API Key
Track usage by key:
- Requests per key
- Error rates
- Top tools used
Usage Alerts
Configure alerts for usage thresholds:
- Go to Billing → Alerts
- Set threshold (e.g., 80% of limit)
- Choose notification method (email, webhook)
- Save settings
You'll be notified when:
- Usage exceeds threshold
- You're projected to exceed limit
- You've reached your limit
Payment Methods
Adding a Payment Method
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter card details
- Click Save
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click the payment method
- Click Update
- Enter new details
- Save
Removing a Payment Method
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click the payment method
- Click Remove
- Confirm removal
You must have at least one payment method on paid plans.
Billing History
View past invoices:
- Go to Billing → History
- See all past charges
- Click any invoice to download PDF
Invoice details include:
- Invoice date and number
- Plan and period
- Amount charged
- Payment method used
Annual Billing
Save with annual billing:
- Pro Annual: $290/year (save $58)
- Team Annual: $990/year (save $198)
To switch to annual:
- Go to Billing
- Click Switch to Annual
- Confirm the change
Enterprise Plans
For organizations with custom needs:
- Custom request limits: Millions of requests
- Dedicated support: Named account manager
- Custom SLA: Up to 99.99% uptime
- Custom integrations: Tailored solutions
- Volume discounts: For high usage

Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Choose your reason
- Confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
- Access continues until period ends
- Data retained for 30 days
- Can resubscribe at any time
Refunds
Our refund policy:
- Within 7 days: Full refund if requested
- After 7 days: Prorated credit for unused time
- Annual plans: Prorated refund available

Troubleshooting
Payment Failed
- Verify card details are correct
- Check card hasn't expired
- Ensure sufficient funds
- Contact your bank if issues persist
Wrong Amount Charged
- Check for prorated charges
- Review plan changes in history
- Contact support if unexplained
Usage Discrepancy
- Check for failed requests (still counted)
- Review API key usage breakdown
- Contact support with details
