How Billing Works
Monthly Billing
- Charged on signup day each month
- Usage resets on billing date
- Prorated charges for upgrades
- Downgrades effective at period end
Overages
If you exceed your plan limits:
Free Plan: Service pauses until next billing cycle or upgrade
Pro Plan:
- Requests: $0.50 per 1,000 additional requests
- MCPs: Cannot exceed limit (upgrade required)
- Team members: Cannot exceed limit (upgrade required)
Team Plan:
- Requests: $0.25 per 1,000 additional requests
- MCPs: Cannot exceed limit (upgrade required)

Changing Plans
Upgrading: Takes effect immediately, prorated charge
Downgrading: Takes effect at end of billing period

What happens if I exceed my request limit?
On Free, service pauses. On paid plans, overage charges apply: Pro at $0.50/1,000 requests, Team at $0.25/1,000 requests.
Do unused requests roll over?
No, requests reset each billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, contact support to switch billing cycles.
Is there a refund if I cancel?
Refunds available within 7 days. After that, prorated credit may apply.
